And it does in the cooking pan itself, in exceptionally short times, for the easiest possible production of creamed potatoes, soups, sauces and puréed vegetables.

Its rotating blades ensure perfectly homogenized, lump-free products in just a few minutes.
Constructed in stainless steel throughout, Mixer has two grater plates with different opening widths, to produce either a product with suspended small pieces or a completely homogenized one. The “swan neck” blending arm is easily inserted in the pan. What’s more, the agile wheeled structure means Mixer can be moved from pan to pan without difficulty.
Mixer is available in two models, 200 and 500, respectively for pans from 100 to 200 litres, and up to 500 litres.
Mixer 200 operates at 1,400 rpm, whilst the larger version, Mixer 500, can operate at 900 or 1,400 rpm.
Mixer is an essential appliance for modern hospital and canteen kitchens producing from 500 to 4,000 meals/day.
