Cutting leaf vegetables into strips as perfect as those cut by hand, with a potential output from 1,000 to 7,000 portions/hour, with just one operator, is the task of Stripper, the leaf vegetable cutter ideal for institutions, canteens and Fourth-range processing plants.

Thanks to its cutting technology, Stripper provides a perfect presentation of all types of leaf vegetable, a delicate cutting that does not crush the product, a precise cutting width from 12 to 72 mm, an absolutely safe operation and major labour savings.

The Stripper leaf vegetable cutter is produced in two models: Stripper I, with manual feeding, and Stripper II, with continuous feeding via a conveyor belt. Stripper II can be combined with the Atirmatic continuous vegetable washer to form a fully automatic cutting and washing line.

Stripper is safe as microswitches are fitted both on the product infeed and outfeed areas. It is easy to clean, since all parts can be accessed for inspection and the knife-group is removable.
