Atir is extremely versatile, with perfect washing of not only leaf vegetables like lettuce or spinach, but heavy products too, such as carrots, potatoes, fennel, zucchini, etc. It can also wash fruit, fish and poultry and other foods, and defrost frozen foods.
The Atir vegetable washer is designed to save labour, water and energy. But above all it is hygienically safe: its effective washing, using mains water only, reduces the bacterial load by over 90% in just three minutes, and consumes less than half a litre of water per kilo of vegetables.
Atir NSF/UL is manufactured in three models, two with stationary vat and one with tilting tank. With the tilting model, the washing tank tilts to unload the product into the special trolley automatically.
Fully made of AISI 304 stainless steel, Atir is very easy to clean as all corners are rounded and all parts are easily accessible for inspection. Moreover, all materials and components have NSF/UL certification. Atir is therefore approved under American hygiene and electrical standards.
