Bread 2000 is the ideal appliance for the continuous breading of various types of products, since it performs the various processing phases in a single pass, fully automatically and, above all, hygienically.
Bread 2000 allows the perfect breading of 1,000 to 3,000 pieces/hour of cutlets, fish fillets, shrimps, squid, meatballs, vegetables, etc. The breading phases, performed in sequence, are: dipping into the egg bath and coating with breadcrumbs (both sides), pressing, removal of the excess of breadcrumbs, and finally unloading into the collection tray.
Every step is quick and hygienic, with no manual interventions.
Bread 2000, with working thickness adjustable from 1 to 25 mm, is able to process both firm and soft products. Bread 2000 can be fully dismantled and easily sanitised. What is more, its wheels mean it can be stowed in any convenient location after use.
