Quick Steam is produced in the electric version, with a capacity of 3 1/1 GN containers having a height of 65 mm.
Safety is guaranteed by all the devices required in accordance with the highest standards. It cooks with dry saturated steam at a pressure of 0.8 bar, equivalent to a temperature of 116°C.
Quick Steam is the pressure steam oven that takes up only half a square metre of the kitchen space but cooks 6 to 18 kg of vegetables, fish, shellfish, crustaceans, meat, eggs, fruit, pasta, soups, rice and also frozen foods, in just a few minutes.
Quick Steam cooks a whole menu with enhanced nutritional values, flavour and presentation.
