Konvectio Steam combines two innovative cooking systems: convection and steam. This combination allows the cooking by convection or steam only, but also the use of both the two modes simultaneously, or their execution in sequence, enabling the perfect cooking of any product in a single oven.

Konvectio Steam is equipped with a touch screen PLC control panel enabling the automatic recipe management and the control of the HACCP parameters. Upon request, it can be connected to the Nilma CCMP interactive software, enabling the traceability of recipe ingredients, the data storage and the appliance diagnostics. Everything under control, even from your smartphone.
