FS automatic fryers meet the production needs of large kitchens and delicatessens while also covering other key requirements, such as convenience, operating safety, rapid heating and quality of results.
The FS/1 and /2 automatic deep fat fryers comprise one or two frying wells and a collection trolley placed underneath a silo. Once the frying time has been programmed on the timer, the basket automatically descends into the oil, and, at the end of the cycle, it rises back out, before being moved onto the silo. The user operates a lever to open the bottom of the basket and discharge the product into the Gastronorm containers placed on the trolley. All these operations take place with the highest speed and the maximum safety.
The large basket size, the high frying well capacity (80 litres), the electric or gas heating (both based on the ‘cold zone’ principle), and the perfect control of the oil temperature, allow the frying of large quantities of schnitzels, potatoes, meatballs, vegetables, fish and pastries, all perfectly golden and crisp, like the best traditional fried foods.
