Multibrat can braise, stir fry, sauté, boil and steam meat, fish and vegetables in more than a 70% shorter time. This is thanks to the pressure (0.5 bar) generated inside the cooking vat. The powerful, exclusive 8-bar-pressure steam and the electric heating systems also ensure extremely short heat-up times. The high-capacity cooking vat (250 litres) can accommodate up to four 200-mm 1/1 GN containers.
