Spiral is an innovative wheeled chiller, a real revolution in Cook&Chill. It is ideal for the rapid chilling of liquids such as stocks, broths, sauces, soups, etc. and is used by direct insertion in round pans from 100 to 200 litres, or trolleys.

Heat exchange is optimal as the chilling coil comes into direct contact with the product. This guarantees the compliance with the chilling times required by the HACCP standards.

The benefits of using Spiral:

It is safe, since it avoids the transfer of boiling hot liquids into Gastronorm containers, as required when using blast chillers.

It is universal, since it can be used in hospital or canteen kitchens, cooking centres or delicatessens.

It is on wheels, so it can be easily moved between pans to chill multiple products. Once its job is done, it can be stored in a corner of the kitchen.

It is more economical than solutions such as pans with integrated chilling, or blast chillers, since it does not require permanent installation or connections to refrigeration units.

It is easy to use: the operator simply places it next to the pan, sets the temperature required on the PLC and presses the button to lower the coil into the product.

It is easy to clean, since both coil and the (removable) mixing system are constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel.

So Spiral is truly the ideal wheeled chiller for large kitchens and delicatessens.
